擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液壓(ya)缸(gang)是輸出(chu)扭(niu)矩并實(shi)現(xian)往復運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元件,有單葉(xie)片(pian)、雙(shuang)葉(xie)片(pian)、螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)式(shi)式(shi):定子(zi)塊固定在(zai)缸(gang)體上,而(er)葉(xie)片(pian)和轉子(zi)連(lian)接在(zai)一起(qi)。根據(ju)進油(you)方向,葉(xie)片(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子(zi)作往復擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又(you)分單螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)兩種,現(xian)在(zai)雙(shuang)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)比較(jiao)常用,靠兩個(ge)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)副降(jiang)液壓(ya)缸(gang)內活塞的直(zhi)線運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為(wei)直(zhi)線運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與(yu)自轉運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復he運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實(shi)現(xian)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





其(qi)次是裝(zhuang)配時(shi)有異(yi)物進(jin)入及密封材(cai)料質(zhi)量不好。其(qi)后(hou)果則是動作緩(huan)慢、無力,嚴重(zhong)時(shi)還(huan)會造成活塞及缸(gang)筒的損壞,出現“拉缸(gang)”現象。處(chu)理方法是調整(zheng)速(su)度控制閥(fa),對照安裝(zhuang)說明(ming)應(ying)做必要的操(cao)作和改進(jin)。
(2)液(ye)壓(ya)回路(lu)泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou)。包括(kuo)閥及(ji)液(ye)壓(ya)管路(lu)的泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou)。檢(jian)(jian)修方法是通過操縱換(huan)向(xiang)閥檢(jian)(jian)查并消除(chu)液(ye)壓(ya)連接(jie)管路(lu)的泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou)。
(3)液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)經溢流閥旁通回油(you)箱。
叉車液壓系統常見的故障(zhang)檢查與排(pai)除
叉(cha)車的主要液壓作業部分有起升缸(gang)和(he)傾斜缸(gang),其故障的檢查(cha)與排除方法列(lie)舉(ju)如下 :
1、叉車(che)空載時(shi)不能起(qi)升和傾斜(xie)
故障檢查1:系(xi)統(tong)油量不足
故障排(pai)除:加油至油標線。
故障排除2:齒(chi)輪泵排量不足齒(chi)頂(ding)隙和齒(chi)側隙過大(da)
故障檢查(cha):更換油泵或零件(jian)
故(gu)障檢查3:多路(lu)(lu)閥進油路(lu)(lu)堵(du)塞
故(gu)障排除:疏通(tong)多路閥(fa)油路
